The dishes presented here are just a small part of what we have tasted, trained and prepared at Dvorce for this year’s season. We hope that you are pleased and that you will enjoy the dishes as much as we do.

The offer will vary each day, by season and based on what part of the beef is being prepared, whether the chickens and ducks have reached maturity and depending on what is growing at the given moment in our gardens and greenhouses.

And when something runs out, we’ll add something different to the menu. We will naturally try to keep our flagship dishes available at all times. We recommend making reservations. We are looking forward to seeing you!

We are happy to offer our guests dishes prepared from our own ORGANIC beef from the Dvorce ecological farm, chicken and duck from our farm in Pracejovice and fresh fish from our ponds or from Třeboň fish farms. 

We cook everything using fresh ingredients, and in the summer and autumn we use vegetables and herbs from our garden. We raise Charolais cattle on our farm – you can see the herd in the pastures adjacent to Dvorce. The farm has had ECO certification since 2008.

Beef filet mignon steaks from our own bulls are to-order. Despite all of our efforts to persuade our bulls otherwise, they still only have two tenderloins. Thank you for understanding.

Ask your server about out vegetarian dishes. If you know that you are allergic, say, say to walnuts or gluten, or you have a special diet, please inform the wait staff. We will be happy to accommodate your special needs and to provide information on allergens. Prices include VAT. We charge 70% of the full-portion price for half portions.

Breakfast for hotel guests is from 8:00 to 10:00 and we are happy to prepare dinner between 18:00 and 20:00 p.m. on days when the restaurant is closed.
